How do I know if Ahavaplan would be a good fit for me?

  • If you are a newly engaged couple that will be planning a wedding on your own or with a planner, Ahavaplan is for you. 
  • If you are a wedding planner and would like to provide your couples a more seamless experience, Ahavaplan is for you.

When I share my wedding profile with someone, what can they see?

They will be able to see the official wedding image, hashtag and date of the weekend

How do I deactivate my account?

As a user you have the ability to ‘Delete’ your account. You can do this by going to your ‘Profile’ tab. Under the ‘Settings’ page, you have the option to ‘Delete’ your account.

Can I have multiple people planning my wedding?

Yes! Each wedding has the ability to have up to 3 accounts total. Two accounts for the couple and one account for the planner.

Do all my guests need to download the app?

No the app is just for the couple and the planner

What little things am I missing? What could I be forgetting?

We recommend using our Checklist to keep track of your to-do list. After you add your wedding information, it’ll create a customized timeline to help you stay on top of budget deadlines, sending stationery, signing contracts and everything else you need to complete

Do we need a wedding hashtag?

We recommend having a wedding hashtag, especially if you want guests to capture photos and videos throughout your wedding. This is a great way to get them engaged from the moment they arrive

Can I create different groups of guest lists?

Yes, our app allows you to create multiple groups within your guest list, making it easy to categorize guests based on relationships or special considerations.

Can I link the notes to a third-party app?

Currently, our app does not support direct linking of notes to third-party apps.

Do my guests get notified when I add them to my guest lists?

No, our app does not currently offer automatic notifications to guests when they are added to the guest list.

Can I send out invites using the app?

Currently, the app does not have the functionality to send out invitations directly.

Can the app organize seating arrangements?

The app does not currently support the organization of seating arrangements.

Can I share my guest lists with my partner or my wedding planner?

Yes. Our app allows you to share your guest lists with your wedding planner and/or your partner.

Can I share my notes with my partner or my planner?

The app does not support sharing your notes with external parties, the notes feature is a private tool created for your use only.
